The influences and effects of social media

Although we all enjoy social media for staying connected, promoting a small business or using as a positive platform; many have been affected by social media in a negative way. It’s increased bullying, self harm, mental health issues and unrealistic views of others and peer pressure. Our goal with this show was to open eyes and ears, put our phones down for an hour to reflect on how social media has taken over our lives positively or negatively.
